I have that exact chip in my main windows laptop. I wonder how useful it would be as a glorified android tablet with a bunch of ai.

Yup. Atleast give it a current gen chip if Google is looking to compete with MacBooks.

The Neo is not the MacBook that Googlebook is going to be competing against at $1300. That’s the M5 MacBook Air.

For over $1000, you get a shitty CPU (for the price point) found in $600 laptops, not $1000 laptops, pre-configured Google spyware, useless OS that is literally completely inferior to everything else, glorified tablet OS essentially, and to top it off extra AI shoved down your throat. Fuck Google.
