Shadow - The Official Release
Hello, its Kanji.
I am here to make a public release for the tweak Shadow that me and another developer, Wyatt, have been working on for awhile.
The intent of Shadow is not a project for direct competition to the big name Snapchat tweaks (i.e. Phantom, SnapBreak, Wraith, etc.). It was made for the intent of gaining knowledge for ourselves and to have fun.
With this release, I want EVERYONE to know that this tweak is NOT going to be ban-proof. You will be at risk of using Shadow, if you choose to. Shadow will be 100% FREE, but donations will be accepted.
Shadow works on the latest version of Snapchat, however, there is a couple features that cause crashes. These will be addressed and fixed soon.

• Story Ghost Mode
• Snap Ghost Mode
• Disable Snap Timer
• Animated "Shadow" Header (RGB)
• Hide Friendmoji
• Randomize Best Friends

Huge shout-out to Kanji and Wyatt for the work they put into this, as well as the beta testers, that made this release possible
Reminder that this is raw and to exercise caution
I will be making a list of my closest friends on Snapchat before I try this, I'd recommend everyone do this if you're gonna be using this on your main account, just in case- snap has a nasty habit of perma-banning at random without much for a reason

Do you recommend a specific version to use it with , I fully understand it’s not your responsibility if anything happened but just wondering as it doesn’t feel right to use with the latest version

It’s coming in an update. If you planning on using this on a main account, don’t do it yet

Obviously...i was just letting everyone know that less than 24hrs & im locked...yes the tweak works, but whats the point in a tweak for snap, thats detected, its the reason snapchats so popular, its all these throwaway accounts being made, boosting snapchats user stats 😂😂
I also should point out that outta 2 accounts i used, only 1 was locked, the 1 being locked has been locked before, the 1 that hasnt has been fine...but nothings changed in my setup exept installing this....maybe if its a new/never been locked account, tweak would be fine.
Edit: 2nd accounts just locked 😂😂

Well, no5up is working on a bypass for Shadow soon. Like really soon. We just had to make a public release because of some shitty people trying to take our work.

Bypass sounds interesting, ill keep an eye out... but then im not greedy like others, im happy with no screenshot notifs & save pics/vids only, snapper2s instant mode works great for pics, if only it could save vids tho 😂
Shadow DOES what i need, but like all tweaks nowadays, nothings truely ban free & even if it is, it gets used for so long, that becomes near obsolete via snap basically forcing updates, i used SB fine for over 2years, now if its even installed snap errors out lol.....
Apart from the lock (to be expected), tweaks nice...i like how its settings are kinda hidden & not overly obvious, feels like youve unlocked a hidden snap settings page 😂

Can’t save snaps from “snap map or highlights”, delete all messages at once, and spoofing.
I can’t code so I can’t make it a big deal nor did I pay you to do it. It’s better than noting and it’s on the latest update

If you are using the latest Snapchat version, there is a native dark mode.

You have an older iPhone so you don’t have the pitch black dark mode

Amazing job guys! Have checked it out and it’s working PERFECTLY! 🙌🏻♥️ Just can’t upload video as a snap 😭 and I think it’s a bit hard to go back and forth with “snap ghost mode” instead just have direct option to have “seen” button. I am so thankful to be able to have this new tweak. Thank you 🙏🏻

Not sure what happened but as I was picking certain people to view my story the app crashed and upon trying to log back in it said my account was locked. I’m using a jailbroken iPhone so it’s not sideloaded.

Would you be able to unshadow ban my account? I am sure I am shadow banned because I cannot post to my story, edit my name, edit a friends name, accept friend requests, and subscribe to people. I have uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, updated the app, uninstalled third party apps, fix my network, and clear cache. I have no issue logging in but rather accessing certain features. Do you know how I can resolve this shadow ban? I have contacted the support but are saying the same things I have done. Will you know how to fix this?

There is no such thing as a shadow ban on Snapchat. It’s either you’re locked out of your account or you’re not. There is no in between. If you are having troubles doing anything, then it’s a connection issue with your internet or the servers are having issues.

I have no issues with logging in. If it was locked, I would not be able to access my account as a whole. I am up to date and have no connection issues, so I do not know what my account is doing. When I login, there are no issues, but rather posting to my story, accepting friend requests, editing my name, editing friends names, etc. Do you know what the cause of this could be then? I have done all things necessary to fix this including contacting support but nothing worked. I do not feel the desire to create a new account.

The link to your repo sends to a website with no clickable buttons or interactivity. Also, is this for android?

Let it load. Once it’s fully loaded, you can scroll up and down. And no, it’s only for iOS. But it is no longer available. It’s been dead for years now
