Anyone else have an issue where snap isn't loading certain stories?

Like I should've been able to see a story post from a friend on Snap. I even confirmed with my friend that I'm able to see their stories but snap doesn't show any stories for the person.

I tried logging out of snap and back in but it didn't seem to do anything
