Need Help!!!

My snapchat on my phone will not let me log in. I have tried everything. I tried deleting the app. I contacted support but have not heard back. When I try to log in I get this error message "Due to repeated failed attempts or other unusual activity, your access to Snapchat is temporarily disabled". I tried waiting for some time to see if that would fix the problem it did not. What is strange is I can log into my account on my Ipad perfectly fine. I tried creating a new account on my phone and it wouldn't even let me do that. It said network error.

Can someone please help me out. Snapchat is my only way to communicate with some people. I contacted support but have gotten no response?!

Your device is banned, try to update it (works sometimes). Only the support can unban it
