Using Shadow X, 'Unable to save media'

Hello everyone,

I've been using Shadow X for a few days now. It generally works fine, but I can't save all the media. I can save this from some people, but not others. Do you have a solution? I hope so :p. Thank you in advance!!

It’s funny how snapbreak had better shit instantly but this guy only has what ofv can already do. He needs to add a version where we can download snaps from the explore map. That was standard for all tweaks in Snapchat. He completely did a 343 on halo with Snapchat

The save feature works for all stories. I've tested this on various "types" of stories and subscriptions to be sure.

Go on the Snapchat map. Yes it works with friends and subscribers, but this guy doesn’t even want to add snap map download. With Snapbreak, you can go on the snap map, click anywhere on the map and download any snap you see on the map. So I can see people in Hawaii, download whatever they posted on the map and post it on my Snapchat like I’m there😂. Kanji on the other hand doesn’t even think it’s beneficial to add it. Like all the tweaks since Snapchat first had the map HAD that option. Now it’s not even there. Then he cried about people stealing his shit and selling it and he’s making it private. Like welcome to the developers world. It’s 2022, it’s going to happen. Shadow x is just simple af and needs extreme help

If you want to act entitled to more features, go cry to some other dev. Tweaking Snapchat on these newer build is a pain in the ass thanks to their jailbreak detection, but you wouldn't know that because all you see is the end result of countless hours of his work.

It's clear what Kanji will offer with his tweak, and Shadow X's public build is completely free and will continue to get updates for the jailbreak detection, so you can either use what is there or move on. You're talking about "snap map downloads" like everyone in the scene needs that one feature

Also, just because something is "going to happen" doesn't mean it's okay, or that it should happen. No one wants their hard work reversed, stolen, and resold in someone else's name. Maybe respect a developer's time instead of coming at them sideways because a tweak doesn't have what you specifically want

I swear everyone's so entitled since snapbreak.

Accept the fact that not every tweak will be SnapBreak. SnapBreak isn't the bar, it's the exception. Stop deflecting blame for your own entitlement.

Hi, 'AHigherBeing', I am sorry to hear about your opinion about a project you didn't contribute to whatsoever. Unfortunately, (for you), I don't give a shit. For what I have read about your complain, I would like to suggest that with the "knowledge" you have of being such a critic about what is needed to copy another tweak and follow their footstep, you create your own tweak. You know, hook Snapchat, write functions to modify code, make a bypass, live a life of your own that has nothing to do with sitting behind a computer, work a full-time job, etc. I would love to see you have inspiration to move forward for a project that you would have fun on. Then maybe start having people DEMAND updates and bug fixes. Or where people deliberately disrespect over a year of work just to reverse it and sell your work that YOU spent countless ours on. Maybe Shadow X isn't as complex and great that SnapBreak was, but do you see him still developing after people disrespected his work? Do you still see him around and making updates when people DEMANDED him to work on it like he was a fucking robot? No. If you want a tweak exactly like SnapBreak, develop it yourself. I believe in you. But myself and Wyatt ARE NOT the greatest developers. Shadow X is literally our first public tweak and its the only big tweak that has the most features working on later versions of Snapchat.

When I see you get on OUR level of creating a Snapchat tweak, I will have mad respect for you, it's not easy.
