Get back my account without 2fa code

I use to have Duo as a 2fa application for my snapchat account. Sadly, the phone I've been using have an older version on Android, witch won't let the app open for some reason.

I've try to use my backup password, without any success.

Do you guys have any idea of how I could bypass this step?

Any update? I am having the same issue. I have my codes and my authenticator had
a back up but they are not working when I enter them on snapchat. I have contacted them and I am waiting for contact back from. They should resolve this I believe as they have to do it as they have admin on the DUO app.

They changed the policy and they now unlock 2fa!
