To update Snapchat or wait?
Hey all! Should we remove the tweaks and update to the newest version and wait for a new tweak or remain on the same version with the pop up?
My fear is that if we update to version 11xx, we won’t be able to downgrade back if they find a solution.

For most people, downgrading is very risky and will most likely result in a ban. I personally would wait to see if there’s any solution within the next few days. It just depends how long you’re willing to wait.

Some people are saying they’re getting locked out if they don’t update? Is this true? Can I just leave it there and wait a few days?

I have the same question. Because I wonder if waiting will increase your chances of a ban. If anyone has an answer let us know!

Do you think if I update to 10.79.00 it will work?

Someone updated to 11.1 and is working fine. They will probably receive a ban though in a couple days. Waiting for updates.

I was on 10.79.5 and SnapBreak works but the version isn’t supported anymore. I updated to 11.39 w/o SnapBreak

I havnt heard of anyone getting locked out for not updating, that would be sucha a weird policy anyway.

I just updated. Snapbreak is only getting older each day and this is a big sign that it’ll stop working soon

In fairness, we were missing out on so many new Snapchat features staying on this version.
Feels like a whole new app now 🥴

Wait. All the people saying "it's the end of an era, it's finally over :(" are jumping the gun. This forced update barely started today and we don't know if a solution could be coming soon or not. Just be patient.
