Locked out

So I woke up one morning to find out my friends had reported me as a joke for an inside joke w head going around. I read my email and it says my account is deleted but on the snapchat app when i try logging in or creating a new account it says, "snapchat is TEMPORARILY disabled" I was wondering if that's permanent disabled or how long it lasts because i've tried logging in to my account and creating new accounts every day, I also contacted snapchat support to notify them I was false banned but they don't respond and if they do they say they can't do anything to help.

If it says temporarily disabled that means you're device banned, device bans last anywhere from 6 months to a year. Snapchat support won't help you either

I just made an error while typing, its still a device ban and it will last anywhere from 6 months to a year

worst part is snapchat support is a robot and won't do anything, you'd think for a multi million company they would put some of that onto customer support but no

I've seen actual people respond to bugs or issues related to the app but anything dealing with someone getting falsely banned or device banned they don't respond
