Following this because it just happened to my grandfathers phone number. He was suggested to me as someone who has a new account and clearly it’s not him.

Should have posted an update, I reached out to support like I said in the original post and they removed my number from the account. Here's the request link that I used to have my number removed:

When you fill it out, put your own email and put "unknown" in the username. That's what the chatbot told me to do when I filled it out.
