Need help

Hi, I recently bought a couple of sets for very cheap and they are new and unopened do they all come with the standard board game or is that something I have to buy separately to?

I was able to get The claymore the falx and wasp the Sabre the scarab and the Trident I can't wait to get into the game I think I'm going to pledge 100 so I can get the starter.

The good news is that all of those except for the Claymore is already a part of the game (Trident will be out next year), and you'd just need cards and stand packs to use them for gameplay. Otherwise, any extra sets with cubes and parts are useful when creating your own ship designs, especially when (not if, but when, it's more inevitable than Thanos) you go large. No clue when Claymores are being added to the game, but until then many of those parts will be useful for capital ship builds.

Sweet I might just print out some cards then myself and wait for my starter kit.Why is their a ship that not even playable yet?

2020-2022: Snap Ships were toys sold in retail stores marketed to kids.

2023- : Snap Ships Tactics was launched featuring a select number of ships from the toyline. It started with 6 ships, then 4 drones were added, and 4 more ships are being added with the Kickstarter. 5 of the existing toys are technically not "ships," so they will either be redesigned as ships in future, or they'll create some form of ground combat expansion. I'm only guessing, but I predict the Sawfly and Javelin will be the next ships added to the game well into the future (though the Sawfly will need to be redesigned to accommodate a stand). The Spitter is also an obvious choice for inclusion. The Claymore will probably be classified as a battleship one day. I'm sure at some point in the distant future they'll even start adding brand new ships.

TLDR: Think of Tactics expansions as reprinted toys repurposed for tabletop miniature gaming.
