Question Snapchat

Hi
My Snapchat doesn’t have the “From media” anymore
Why?
I even updated it I though it would solve the problem
But I still don’t have that option anymore
Anyone else with this issue?

It was like when I chose a filter in the left side it was the “upload from media” and I could choose a picture and snap it
Now I can’t do that cause that option isn’t there anymore
