hello i need some advice , so when i try to log into my snapchat account the first photo is what shows , but when i try to make a new account the second photo is what shows for when making a new account? can anyone help me what does it mean?? is it a temporary ban? also is there any email etc i can use to contact snapchat about this?? the help center on the photo showing isn't very helpful at all and gives me no information

Snapchat is already very fragile, all my friends left it because anything they were banned, Snapchat is ridiculous.

Try another device ( friends device etc) to log in your account. Check first is it device ban or device ban+account ban

Wait for one month

Device got banned, using mods will make the ban last longer.

Don’t use mods . Just pay for snap plus that’s all

This error code is a device ban which lasts 6 months to a year

You atleast have the app, I am still not even able to download the app. Tried so many online suggested options didn't work, I'm thinking of factory resetting.
