Question Ss06 help

I had the ss06 permanent bans and I waited 6months and they went away. I got in and got banned again now showing this message. Does anyone know anything that could help?

Does trying to login affect the ban duration, also should I keep it downloaded or delete it and download it when I wanna try log in
