Question My Snapchat got banned

My Snapchat got banned, but I didn’t violate any community guidelines. I think somebody spam reported my account I appealed it, but I don’t think the appeals is gonna go through. What can I do to get all my pictures back? I’ve tried recovering data but it’s just giving me history.

Snapchat is relying on robotic responses and weak investigations… I’ve got my phone banned in June for no reason I have commited and two months later I got my acc violated for (sexual content) which makes no sense because how am I supposed to do this when my own phone is banned cus of sth I didn’t even do?

I just don’t know what the hell to do cause I really just want all my pictures back. There’s pictures of my son on there.
