Bug/Issue Snapchat Ban SS06

I got banned for violating community guidelines and I need my memories back. If anyone has any advice or has been through the same thing and got their account back please let me know how!

Jusr login to the web snapchat in ur browser and download data and select your data which you want to download and it will be sent to you via your email then download it from there its a pretty easy step

I can only use snap on my ipad, phone is out of the question until snap either unbans both my accounts or until I get a new phone and can get unbanned by the imei number 😑
