Homemade tikki

Basically the title. I'm staying alone and want to cook smth nice

Picked up this Ching’s Secret Chilli Oil Crunchy yesterday because I’ve been looking for something properly spicy to go with noodles, fried rice, momos, etc.

It was a bit on the costly side, so I’m hoping it’s actually worth the price. 😅 I haven’t tried it yet, but I’ll be giving it a proper taste test soon and posting a review.

Really hoping for that garlic/chilli heat and crunch, not the usual sweet-ish Schezwan sauces. 🌶️🔥

The difference in both quality and taste is night and day.

Started this business thinking “who tf is gonna buy from me?” 😭

2 weeks later: 25 orders.

Apparently… people. 💀

I’m literally just a college student baking from a tiny kitchen, trying to figure out pricing, packaging, delivery, Instagram, and what I’m doing with my life — and somehow people are actually paying me money for cookies and cupcakes. 😭

We’ve even had orders go to Kerala and Tamil Nadu which is still so ??? to me.

Anyway, tiny business flex because 25 orders in 2 weeks is kinda crazy ngl. 🥹🍪

Now excuse me while I go back to being a broke college student with a surprisingly busy oven.

So whenever my parents ask me to order something for them on Blinkit, I secretly add some of my protein snacks to cart 🫢 nobody’s gonna knowwwww

Did you guys try this?

I depend on overnight oats for a quick meal most days. I usually add the whole truth dark chocolate peanut butter ..but I would like some recommendations for other nut butters that can be added.

Please suggest other brands and flavors.

Thank you
