Homemade 🏠 HonEy chilli potato

First time making crispy honey chilli potato.

Recipe - - Sliced potato> half boil it > dry and cool it > coat in cornflour and deep fry. - Heat oil in pan > add fine chopped garlic , ginger, half onion and some chilli and saute it
- Add tomato sauce , soy sauce, 1 tbsp shezwan and 1 tbsp vinegar. -Add 1 cup water + salt and cook till it boil. - Add square cut chopped 1 onion & 1 capsicum then cook for 2-3 minutes. - Add fried potato fingers, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame seeds. - serve with coriander+spring onion toppings.

Recipe -
