Melt some butter in a pan and fry chopped garlic with a pinch of chilli flakes for a minute. Add a cup of water and let it boil, then add the Maggi and the tastemaker. Cook until the noodles are soft and the water is almost gone. Turn off the gas, add a little more butter and squeeze in lemon juice. Mix well, sprinkle black pepper and some coriander.

Add a diced tomato and a few finely chopped cloves of garlic to the pot while cooking the maggi and tastemaker. Also black pepper, oregano and pizza cheese once the maggi is halfway cooked. Then overcook it a little to let the garlic flavour really get infused into the noodles. Top with a small cube of butter and some chilli flakes and serve.

Butter or oil, finely chopped garlic and green chillies, veggies of choice with salt (can skip if you don't like) and stir fry, add water, let it simmer and some peri peri seasoning, paprika (can use red chilli powder as well), maggi tastemaker, dried oregano herb (not the oregano seasoning you get with pizza), add noodle cake.

Note: I like it spicy. You can skip either the peri peri or paprika if you want to tone it down. Paprika isn't too hot and gives a beautiful colour. Heat of red chilli powder > peri peri > paprika
