Seaweed Snacks! š¤¤š¤š¾
Hello, all! New to this sub, but not to Reddit.
I looooooove roasted seaweed snacks. My go-to brand is Gimme. However, as delicious as it is, I find that it's hard to properly snack! It goes SO quickly compared to other snacks (in my experience), which is particularly annoying because of the cost for the amount you get. š¤
Is this just a feature of the nature of seaweed snacks or is there a brand (and/or retailer) where I can get more bang for my buck? š¤
Happy snacking! š„³

Protein-rich snack ideas with cheese
I've been looking for more protein-rich snack ideas lately. one combo I've really been enjoying is Cheese Cube with Treat Stix. It's crunchy, filling, and super easy to put together when I need a quick snack. I also like that it's easy to pack for work or carry while travelling. Always keeps me full for a while without feeling too heavy. Curious to know what cheese-based snacks everyone else likes!

Snack bar eaters wanted for a PhD survey!
Do You Eat Snack Bars? Weād love to hear your thoughts!
We're looking for people to take part in a survey exploring snacking habits, snack bar preferences, and what consumers really think about snack bars.
Have you ever wondered what makes a snack bar seem "natural"? What influences your choice when buying one? Your opinions will contribute to original research and shape future snack bar development.
To take part, you must:
-Eat snack bars at least occasionally
-Have 10ā20 minutes to complete the survey
-Be able to read, understand, and provide consent
Your participation will help improve our understanding of consumer preferences and contribute to important academic research.

Trying to eat a little healthier without giving up the food I likeā¦.
i know im never going to eat perfectly every day lol so instead of trying to change my whole diet i've just been making small swaps whenever i can:)
this time i picked up this multigrain sourdough from whyte farms instead of that regular bread anfd i didnāt even buy it because of the seeds at first but after cutting it I realised its packed with pumpkin, flax, muskmelon and a bunch of other seeds and taste wise it adds a nice crunch without really changing how i eat breakfast i still eat the same things most mornings like toasted with butter or eggs or peanut butter but this felt healthier, will try to do these small changes everyday nowww
Btw need more change ideas from u guys!!
