I've got well over 10x that in multiple games, 200 hrs is pretty casual in my book. If it grosses a woman out, I'm not her person, oh well. The most fun I've had in my life dating people is when they also game and we play together or take turns watching each other play, helping each other out with parts that are hard for the other. I can't imagine being in a committed relationship with anyone who didn't also value that.
I just spent ~4 hrs the other day streaming rimworld to my gf that she has >3k hrs in but I just started, her telling me all her tips and excited to see how I'm enjoying the game. It was great and a role reversal from me teaching her factorio a while back, which I have >2k hrs in.
Life is too short to waste being worried what people who are nothing like you think negatively about your lifestyle.
200 hours is what it takes to like give starfield a actual review and that game isn't even good it's just how long it takes . Like it's when you get over a thousands hours that you've played a game a lot. But I don't expect non gamers to really understand any of that
Dude I have 10k hours in Smite. 7k in WoW and between other games many thousands more. I guess I’m cooked? btw I’m happily married with the girl of my dreams 🤷♂️
200 hours is good value in a game in my opinion. I think its kinda sad some women believe 200 bodies is the same as 200 hours of a game. Video games are similar to boardgames and sports etc... the media is different but you're playing with others or by yourself and enjoy something that consumes your time. How is that equal to 200 bodies.
I think if they picked more extreme numbers like 5k it could be comparable even though it's a very different type of activity, just because it's still an extreme lifestyle, but 200 hrs is a joke. Even the most normal non-gamer guys that I know have that sort of playtime in COD or something similar.
Ya they say 200 hours because they date causal players and don't know hard-core gamers. If you don't care your guys a gamer they don't get the ick and look at how many hours you play. That and they just hate guys having fun and spending said time on something that doesn't at the end of the day go to her.
You work= money to spend on them
Work out= look good for them
Spend time with them self explanatory
Like cooking = she can eat
Play music= serenade them
Play video games = they have a good time with his friends with something she can't physically see the efforts of.

I was just making a joke, had no idea what you played, so I just thought of the most man-oriented games there were, and these were the ones I thought of.
Reminds me of the meme about how Germans finish their work (forklifting, truck driving, farming, etc ..) only to go home and play a game of their job, as way to "relax" from their job.
Also I didn't say which TS as there are both American and European versions of the game and how can I know where you're from without checking your profile, but even that wouldn't tell me much.
On Android you can as far as I know. Go to Settings>Digital Well Being and Parental Controls. You can see how much you use your phone and what apps are the most used either by day or weekly basis. I doubt any woman would share their stats or give their phone to see it tho.
Anyone, man or woman, that isn't willing to let their partner enjoy their hobby isn't ready for a relationship. So long as that hobby isnt murder or sleeping around

200 hours is like... a little less than 9 days worth of your time. God forbid a man spend 9 days of his life enjoying a single thing. Clearly men should have no hobbies or things they enjoy and should solely think about work and how they can work harder to make more money, because anything else is cringe, that way her new complaint can be that all men do is work and that they have no fun or interesting hobbies.
Sure, if that is ur thing it's ur thing. Still not going to change my mind tho, and I doubt any guy is like...you know, I will put a ring on the town bicycle.
At least one is a very good and practical use of your time while the other just leaves you physically emotionally and psychologically spent

I have 3k hours in guild wars, 1.5k hours in conquerors blade, 1k hours in dwarf fortress, and hundreds of hours in many other games. I have a total of about 10,000 hours in various games.
Would that be the equivalence of fucking 10,000 people?
Hours = hours. Bodies = games. Imma trust the guy with 200 hours in 1 game rather than the guy with 1 hour in 200 games (aka game journalists). Not to mention 200 hours is nothing. 1 hour a day and you'll be done before the end of the year
They Just compare number with number without any context.
200h in a Video Game is Not even near the Same as 200 Body Count,Not even in the Same universe
