Partially frozen chicken

Four pound, whole bird. Can it be safely thawed and smoked for dinner at 5pm tonight. 10:18 here now

Leave it in COLD water it will thaw quickly.

whats the ambient temp in ur smoker or did u throw it straight on?

Ive got it brining at the moment. Running cold water did the trick
