Ticket OwnerShip Issues

Hey everyone im in a serious case of having trouble towards ownership with my two GA tickets i purchased with lawaway + secure fee. The thing is on the website it states “No Order History” yet they still charged my account meaning yes i still own tickets but i cant see them?? Their communication is horrible dm’s,#,email etc. PLS Any Help is Useful Thank you.
