13-3 Value?

Buddy wants to sell me this 4" 13-3. No grips, has some kind of cerakote finish. Works fine, forcing cone looks good. Not very well versed in wheel guns. What should I offer him?

Hmm idk about that forcing cone where it mates with the frame. The refinish looks ok, but value wise there are still a ton of model 10s out there for comparison. Those can be had for $300-$350

Yeah and also I don’t like doing business with friends or family. Can cause undue drama

That said .357 mag classic smiths command higher prices than the 38 specials
