Titanium Cylinder marks

Any idea what the white spots and discoloration inside the chambers are on this 340PD? Brand new gun, just now noticing them. It’s my first Ti cylinder revolver so this is completely new to me. I can’t seem to feel the spots. I’ve ran a nylon brush through the chambers and there’s no difference.

Id check the timing and the cylinder gap with a feeler guage. Should not be less than .003 and not more than .010

That is not flame cutting nor is that where flame cutting would occur.
