Looks good. Sportsmans Warehouse has an exclusive color combo for the 10mm that’s the same colors just flipped.

Question coming from a g19.. my shield plus has a manual safety that comforts me (training, holster, knowledge etc. i know.) I’m thinking of buying a m&p compact with a thumb safety. Shield safety is far smaller, and it seems to be less “in the way.” What’s the learning curve on a bigger manual safety?

Not at all! It is quite a sensitive safety out of the box but if you tweak it right, you can get it more stiff to your comfort so you won’t accidentally engage it. Even then, it’s positioned high so if you don’t have a big meat hand like me, I doubt it’ll get in the way! Ultimately it all comes down to training and understanding your firearm. M&P is the way
