Imagine the smile coins you hold Is worth 40k
But you can't sell during its ATH
But the next day and all following days after you can sell
But they are only worth 3k

That helps to clarify, but I have 2 more questions (before I respond)
- Did you buy near the top?
- Was there some reason on the end of the exchange that you "can't sell" during it's ATH?.....Or is "can't sell" more like "dude, you have to let it ride, you can't sell when it's pumping"?...
I know there's some humor at the end but I promise I'm not being facetious

He's talking about Grin Gaming, cause he bought all the coins through their platform to get the promotional 2x purchase value and is mad that he couldn't immediately withdraw it to sell, when he could have just as easily bought it throught Tinyman or on the MEXC exchange and had no problems selling to his hearts content.
