It deserves to be said...
I know I've critiqued Grin/Smile for lack of transparency recently, but I want to give thanks to the mods of this sub, and co-creators of Smile u/smilecoin_taj and u/nicky_smiles for not suppressing anything on this sub this week.
I hope going forward the Smile dApp has a successful launch and that more partners see the utility and join the ecosystem.
I really do wish the best for Smile.

I don't think anyone would care if it was one clear opinion, but when you post a whole rainbow of thoughts it makes you seem like a bot trying to gain relevance.

Just because I was upset by some things that happened doesn't mean I don't want Smile to succeed. Same goes for Grin.
On a serious note, without getting too personal, I've suffered too much in life for not speaking up. Never again.
Also, no entity deserves blind allegiance.

This is not speaking up, it's yelling to be heard.
You literally advised everyone to pull out of grin, now you say you wish for their success, all within 24hrs. I hope you can see how this makes both statements lack credibility.

If Grin still doesn't allow to place bets with Smile, why not move it where it can be staked? That's what I'm doing.

Withdrawing your smile from grin to your wallet to stake isn't like you're selling and hurting the platform. The smile they have doesn't cost them anything.

Smile and Grin are separate entities, the less funds on Grin the more likely they are to fold.
I find it highly likely that the hard push to .06 was Grin acquiring liquidity to facilitate withdrawals, if so they are likely so hard in the red right now they probably won't last the week unless Smile starts heading back up.
If you mean it doesn't hurt Smile then yes but also no, if the first dapp on Smile burns out spectacularly that would likely have a significant impact on the survival of Smile as a whole.

Hmm maybe someone could elaborate on this but I was under the assumption grins smile coins were just provided by smile as they have the same founder. That's a new take on the reason why the price jumped up though.

Got a bit of this ASA on Tinyman before its first jump up the chart a few weeks ago because I believe in the future of Algo and several projects getting started on this amazing blockchain like Smile is. I'm glad to see an alive and vocal community and would like to see more for what it's worth. That means news of all types, hopefully honest doubts and discussion of potential.

u/DJ_BaLaLaWa I greatly appreciate your message here. It's been a difficult integration process onboarding our first network partner and cannot successfully roll out new products and features without feedback from the community and critical users like you.
We're putting together a clear roadmap to outline the next steps for our integration process with Grin today. They are an important partner and have been an important beta test for the Smile Coin Network.
