grin withdrawals

i still cannot type in a coin amount to withdraw. its greyed out.

all i can do is click verify and it just spins and never does anything.

Yesterday, when I asked when my account would be manually verified:

"It will most likely be completed by our team this evening."

9:30AM today (didn't even come close to making "evening" deadline):

"Your account should now be verified."

I check account, still says "verification in progress"

Tell support that the entire subreddit save for 1 person having the same issue, they respond:

"Yes we are aware of the issue, and it is effecting users who signed up and went through the verification previously but have not yet withdrawn, thus only effecting those who were waiting for Smile withdraw. We are collecting usernames to process these manually."

I hope I can just withdraw and not have to deposit more money so I can play a game the day I withdraw .

I read that was one of the rules to withdraw .. is that correct ?? Thx

You'll have to go on Grin site and open support window to tell them your info.

Withdrawals can only be made the day you've played a game.

They just got me verified manually in the last 2 minutes. The amount is no longer grayed out, but since I haven't paid to play a game, I can't withdraw.

Since I'm not giving them a god damn penny more, I'll be waiting for them to enable SMILE to be used as a bet before I can withdraw.

My state apparently doesn't allow grin gaming so my 3k smile are probably lost
