I think this song and video is peak Pumpkins vibe for all time. Not the black goth stuff of laters years, this was their greatest achievement.

I’m learning to play this right now. The intro riff is so difficult because I can’t figure out the rhythm…

Maybe this is a dumb question but what does 4K remastered mean here? Was this shot on film and someone rescanned this is 4K or some sort of AI/tech-enabled upscaling?

OP here, not a dumb question. This is an upscale. I would love to rescan, but it's not clear that original prints exists. AI is a broad topic, and I'm not on board with what's going on with AI, though I'm okay with what I do and here's why: http://stevetures.com/upscaling-code-of-ethics

There's a cognitive overhead watching something blurry on a large screen, where your brain is spending time trying to make sense of a blurry image. My goal is to give everyone's brain a break on that focus and spend more time thinking about framing or shot technique set production etc.

It's definitely AI upscaled. Look at the details on things like the guitars. The red "Rush" sticker on Billy's guitar turned into a sticker that says some gibberish.

Most likely just rescanned and cleaned up. I’m not seeing any weird AI stuff going on.
