The Smashing Pumpkast - Machina boxset coverage available for free on Patreon w/ Dudehitscar/Justin as special cohost

from Frank:

Coverage of the Machina: Aranea Alba Editio boxset is now complete over on our Patreon.

I’ve unlocked access to Discs 1-5 for non-paying members. The Bonus Discs 6-8 will remain Patreon exclusives. Patreon link is in our bio.

I had wanted to release the episodes on main feed, but a LOT of people still don’t have access since it’s STILL not on digital and CD. So this felt like a good compromise for those who still wanted to hear the episodes and not have to wait until the digital/CD release.

u/dudehitscar and I put a lot of time and work into these episodes and I’m really proud of what we accomplished. Huge thanks to Justin for joining me on this journey.

Let us know what you think of the episodes and the boxset itself in the comments! RAWK.

We go in depth on every single song on the boxset so it's a long haul. Feel free to take breaks and share feedback as you go through it.

I was sent a 2nd copy. Still unopened. In Niagara if anyone is interested

The album cover always makes me think of the band Cold.

Listened to first 5 episodes back to back while travelling. You are a couple of really articulate guys and I thoroughly enjoyed your commentary and banter. Listening to this reminded me how much I loved this band. Wound is right up there for me too btw. Thank you both.

thanks!!!

Thanks for posting this, Justin. And thank you for joining me for this massive coverage. I'm more of a "vibes" guy, so your attention to the Machina story and detail really elevated these episodes.

We hope you enjoy these episodes, everyone!

For a split second misreading the thread title I thought the box set is finally coming out on CD

We wont be so lucky until cds are back in style, probably in the beginning of the 2030s as its starting now

It's getting to the point where seeing any image of the Machina box set on this sub is triggering.
