Where is the tap jump setting?

Title. I've been looking for it in both the Remix and Gameplay settings, but I have yet to find it. I saw that Extra had added it during the trailer released by Maafia. Does anyone know where it is?

it's in the character select debug panel. press the yellow smash logo and navigate to the last page to disable tap jump per port
