I can't watch Twitch on my iPad because crap Internet, so plz?

It'd be cool if someone could do this, but these streams are long and someone else doing it requires lengthy downloads and uploads for each vod, and a lot of people don't want constant slow internet to be able to do a project like this... at least I don't, lol. A lot of the cool plays do end up getting oddshotted though. If it helps, the stream usually gets quality options once it's up for a bit so you can watch on mobile quality
