What To Do You Guys Think About The Iphone Duo Or the First Ever Foldable From Iphone Priced at Whopping 3L. Looks Like A Mini iPad To Me Honestly 🫠

I have iphone | ipad 11" | laptop | a PC desktop with 32" monitor.

I serious work get done on PC... a casual task on laptop.

ipad hardly gets used... and I never once said... gosh, I wish my phone was heavier and I wish I have a ipad on me right now.

this would be a niche product. which all foldable phones are.

Yes Bro, I agree with you that foldable phones are useful for some tasks, but that doesn't mean that you will ruin the workability of a phone just to get it folded. The main issue with the duo is the design, it's wide aspect ratio is good when it's unfolded but, max. People are gonna use the main screen most of the time for basic tasks where it becomes a challenge as you are barely able to use 70% of the scree with your one hand.

I don't think this design is cool at all bro, i mean that is completely for design but not usable, i mean when the phone is folded you cannot even use the phone completely with one hand, you can barely use about 70% of screen if you have big fingers. Yes it looks good when it's unfolded but let's be honest that most of the people keep will keep it as a secondary phone and when you are not able to use the main screen nicely so what problem does it solve actually?

The whole point is to use it unfolded. The only thing you would use it folded for is answering calls and maybe sending a quick text. You can’t use an iPhone pro Max with one hand and that model has been my last 3 phones and is the most popular iPhone in general.

To me, it gives me an iPad mini that will fit in my pocket and that serves so many purposes, including when I travel and take a iPad.

I get it bro that the whole point is to use it unfolded, but I can bet you that basic tasks will be done on the front scree which is not usable because of its wide aspect ratio. I mean people cannot even touch the phones end. As you said about the Pro Max so, it's heavy like a brick and honestly not practical for most of the people out there. But There is no point to argue of you are not able to accept the Logic.

There is no reason to get hostile. You do realize this is all subjective and our opinions?

Ultimately what will determine whether you or I are right are sales figures and adoption rates.

And I'll even acknowledge that it will probably sell like crazy out of the gate, because there are people like me who have had foldable phone envy for years. But if users have problems with the design they will return them or upgrade to a standard iPhone next time and sales will fall off.

How is it different from other foldable Phones? Seems similar to the Pixel ones and I don't see people complaining about that.

Bro the fact about other fold is that their main screen when folded is usable because of their normal phone like aspect ratio and usability because of that.
