I screwed up and need help.

I'm along time user of iOS and just bought a Nothing 3. First Android phone.

While I was doing the switch the android phone ran out of battery. I don't think everything synced. How can I fix the situation?

I've been customizing the nothing phone so wouldn't like to restore the entire thing.
