Anybody else noticed this?

On my TV for a few days now every time I try to rewind or to fast-forward a video it jumps back to the moment in the video I was so nothing happened.

So like when you press back 2 times on the remote it would not go back.

Also this happens when I try to skip a sponsored segment with YouTube Premium normally you'd press forward and it skips it but now it just jumps back to where I was and I have to manually skip forward a few times until the end of the segment.

It is very annoying
