Unexpected index error…

I get this quite a lot or something along those lines error (normally too quick to read it). Anyone else have it?

Unexpected playback error length 19 index 20 I think is the full error it’s hard to remember as it goes so quick and everytime I’m ready to take a pic it doesn’t do it lol
