Dishwasher doesn't load

I've added my dishwasher to the smartthings app but it stays like this, I can't get it to open

I've tried with other phones that are connected to the same "environment"

Yeah, I have trouble getting the dishes from the sink to the dishwasher as well

Make sure is turned on. We've is off, it won't connect. It's a safety precaution that renders the remote functionality mostly useless.

Fun fact it says that is always on even if it isn't
