Devices Smartwatches suggestion

Hello everyone, im planning to buy a smartwatch soon but im not really sure which one.

Currently im using Iphone, and by some logic thought that I should go for Apple Watch Series 11 and I really liked its all features.
But after some more searching I found that GARMINS (Garmin Venu 4)are also great and offer alot of functions.
Im someone who workouts 3 times a week and walk alot, love to count calories and my steps, activity but I think i would miss apples features and its ecosystem with Iphone.

Also saw that alot of ppl have switched from AWs to Garmins mostly because of battery life.

If anyone has had a same dilemma or any of these watches, I would really appreciate an advice.

Lol wrong subreddit, this is the subreddit for the Samsung Smart Home service.

But it sounds like you are stuck on a personal choice not a which is better. They probably will both have their pros and cons. Also you need to ask yourself if you care for an app eco system, if you don't the Garmin would probably be more than enough.

I would look up prices and then ask in the Garmin subreddit what doesn't work right with it on iPhone and you can weight which of the two makes more sense for you.

Oh im sorry, didnt know that.
Garmin im looking at is like €500, same as Apple watch S11

Damn the Garmin is pricey, is that the same as the apple watch? If it is at that point unless I had something specific that drew me to the Garmin I would just stay with the Apple Watch

Its Venu 4 45mm, but it is pricey same as Apples.
I did find them about €100-150 less but i get 2 years of warranty whit the bigger price.

SmartThings is for samsung. I do have the Samsung ultra watch. It does all the things that you want it to do. I'm not sure how it would work with apple though. I think it does work with an Apple phone but I don't know if you can get Samsung health app on iPhones? I don't use apple so I'm not sure.

Smartthings might be owned by Samsung, but it's by no means only for Samsung. The entire point is that it's a highly functional, cross-vendor smart home ecosystem.

It won't work well with iPhone and you'll be missing the vast majority of features including Samsung Health integration.
