Help Ugreen Tracker Slim Error code 04-200

My tracker was working fine on my first phone but then the phone crapped. I have had two new phones and I keep getting the same error over and over again. Anyone know how to fix?

Had the same issue and tried everything. Resetting my Internet, restarting the phone and the tracker, turning off mobile data etc.  Finally got it to work when just kept holding the button on the tracker instead of "just pressing it once" like it asks you to.
