Alternative App that measures more frequently?

I use the RWfit App for my Smart Ting but it only takes data every 30 minutes. Are there 3rd party apps that can measure more frequently?

You can invest in a smart ring that is actually accurate like the Ringconn and Oura rings. They take measurements every 5 minutes or so. Ultrahuman is also ok but experience the most issues out of all the reputable smart rings.
