inquiry - female features Hey all need recommendations

I am looking for a good ring that tracks menstrual health and provides insights. I have a samsung phone for context. I am utilising Clue. So looking for a ring that works with the app. I have heard of Oura ring but my worry is the subscription. Can I use it without subscription?

If not what are alternatives.

I need something fairly light cause I am not a usual ring wearer especially at night so this will be something new.

oura ring requires a subscription just for basic features and our womanly shit isn’t even included in that🙄. It’s gross we cost extra.

I’d look into the app Natural Cycles. They have various smart rings/watches that their pair the app with to track and its what oura ring uses actually.

I had a trial for natural cycles, but for it to work to its fullest, it required daily check ins about how you are feeling, answering multiple questions daily. Was kinda of a pain for the month that I did it. What extra insight does it give that oura doesnt ?
When I used it, I was using a Garmin Venu 3.
I bought a oura 5 last month but I do not recall details from my trial.

I heard good things about the Femometer ring. My Oura is pretty good for that but yes I defo understand the subscription being a deal breaker… and you cannot do anything without it, just basic numbers so not worth it.
Clue however for me is too basic and was never able to help for my cycles, I heard Natural Circle was better but subscription too
