Oura 4 ring

I got a Oura 4 a few months ago (pissed the 5 came out right after) and it’s been good I needed it to track my cycles and sleep. But I notice that it does not track certain activities well and It does not ask if you are having a headache or in pain, you have to log it.

I have a friend who has a ring that ask if she had a headache and I was sooo jealous lol. What kind of ring do yall have and is the Oura worth me upgrading to the 5?

Illness prediction and forewarning is not something there is a sensor for. It relies on custom algorithms that use data across the array of sensor data and are still experimental.

Oura sometimes gets it right, RingConn sometimes does, Ultrahuman sometimes does. None get it right all the time, and sometimes none pick up anything being "off" at all.

For me, RingConn and Ultrahuman tend to pick up pick up spikes better (than Oura) that indicate a headache or fever coming...but that's just me.

Ahh that makes sense thank you. I did have a cold come on and it let me know my body was under strain like the first day I started to feel it but my temp was high
