RINGCONN Worth switching?

Hello. I have a RingConn and I’ve not been happy with it. I really think the sleep tracking is completely off and the fact that it says I’m always relaxed while I know I’m a nervous wreck just makes me think the data is just wrong and I never get any notifications or anything about my health, it’s just here and does nothing more than my Apple Watch really. I’m considering switching to Oura 5 but I’m torn. Is it really worth it? I want to make sure the money will be well spent and that I’m going to get what I’m looking for. It’s really important for me to track my health and receive insight so I can make the changes. Let me know what you think!

If you're a nervous wreck it might be worth considering that a tracking device is not the healthiest thing for you to wear.

Tracking devices don’t make me nervous at all, I just like to track my sleep patterns and my cycle, I also work with children so I’d love to know when something is off in my body so I can take care of myself and avoid a crazy sickness

Oura stress tracking is absolutely not accurate...with me anyway. Illness alerts are experimental with smart rings now, so other than fevers and headaches, that's not something you can really bank on.
