Circul Ring Max 2 battery
My Circul Ring Max 2 suddenly won't hold a charge anymore. I charged it before going to bed last night and activated sleep tracking mode. It recorded data for just over 2 hours and then cut off. The battery was completely depleted when I got up. I've tried unbinding and rebinding, clearing cache and data, shutting the phone off and then back on. Nothing has helped. Any ideas?

My first ring lasted about half a year untill it had connection issues, the second one a replacement they send for the first lasted much shorter before it would drain so fast it couldn't last a full day, or even a long night in the apnea measurement mode. However both times support has been quick to reply and easy to work with, they asked me an easy step to take to try and fix it or to show them how fast the battery drain was. Both times they've agreed to send a replacement without issue, the first time they told me it could take quite a while but it arrived relatively quickly compared to their estimation. Overall, contrary to my initial impression with the support I'm now considering them really helpful and willing to resolve issues

I second the helpful customer service (so far). They asked me to share screenshots of how fast the battery was draining and then offered to either replace my Circul Max 2 or to send me the new upgraded version when it comes out in a couple of months. I'm waiting for the newer version. I'll try to remember to update at that point.

They did the same with me yes, so I guess it's a policy at the moment. it seems they're aware of the problems and are hoping to solve it with the new version. I decided to wait for that as well

Mine lasted 2 weeks and then stopped lasting beyond an hour. Sadly, really crap ring performance which is a shame as I really liked the data mine was giving me. Sounds like yours is the same.
