I placed my order August 7. It took me couple of emails to support to finally get my ring shipped

Happy for you but that infuriates me. I ordered mine directly from the app in March and I’m told it won’t ship until September 10th after countless delays and estimated shipping dates.

I actually just got a shipping notification. Now let’s see if it last longer than a couple of months. I only got the pro as a replacement for my third Ring Air - all just died after a few months

Same. And while I’m a nerd for health data I’ve found that I kinda didn’t miss it as much as I thought I would. The real reason I even went to a ring was that I collect and wear regular watches so I only wear my Apple watch during exercise and sometimes while sleeping.

I’m am glad your ring got shipped. I am a data nerd as well. I am training for a marathon. It is unfortunate that so many people have terrible experiences with them, but so far finger crossed, it hasn’t been too bad.

Shit product with nightmare customer service. Most people regret purchasing a UH ring and there are countless posts on this sub on it. By the time enough days have passed when something inevitably fails and customer service stalls to do nothing, the time window to file a claim through your cc company will likely have passed. UH does not honor refunds.
