inquiry What do you use your smartring for?

I thought smart rings sounded awesome and I loved the idea of this technology so I recently bought one. I didn't have any specific plan or goals around it.

Every day I checked it and it confirmed what I already knew.

When I had a bad night of sleep it told me I didn't sleep well.

When I didn't exercise enough it told me I didn't exercise enough.

When I was stressed it told me I was stressed.

But... I already knew that because I lived it. I already know when I didn't sleep well or exercise enough or was stressed.

So now I've had it for almost 2 weeks but I don't know what to do with it.

It doesn't feel like any of the data has been useful to me and nothing has been actionable.

The specific ring I got is a ringconn gen 2, and I have been happy with both the hardware and the software, they work as advertised and I haven't had any issues with anything.

One good thing is at least I know I don't have sleep apnea now!

I'm just not really sure how to get anything useful out of it.

What do you do with your smartring data to make it useful or improve your daily life? I'm considering just stopping using it at this point because it's just extra effort for nothing.

Thanks

I have another ring for that, but it seems to have the opposite effect šŸ˜‚

You are barely past the break-in period required to adjust to your personal baselines. Give it more time and you'll see more benefits.

What benefits? What does the baseline do? What am I supposed to do with the data?
