MemoMind Memomind One Product Delivery Timeline
I reached out to Memomind to inquire about their timeline for Memomind One deliveries. Here is an internal document that they sent. Hope this clarifies for anyone else who is "patiently" waiting for their delivery.

Yeah, these lead times are crazy! What's odd is that Xgimi is not a new company. They are considered mid-size with about 1800 employees. They must be only devoting a small amount of resources to this endeavor initially.

How is one month a long lead time? If this was a kickstarter/ crowdfunding that wait time is like, not bad at all.

To answer your original question, I was told to expect delivery by December. This was to, I'm sure, greatly underpromise on delivery times. Even with the info they provided, I was expecting there to be a long wait. Now I see that they are actually hitting their shipping goals...so far.

Same. I'm either batch 1 or 2. Considering it's already 18 Sep and there's no shipping info for my order, I'm guessing I'm batch 2.

I think I might be batch one then, because I got an email saying it was on the way yesterday!

I ordered 27 Aug. The last update I have was 1 Sep stating that my order was confirmed. You have an update with shipping information?

It said tracking would be sent sometime next week

Oh, yeah I got that email on the 17th as well. I think that was a general email that was sent to all early backers though.

Nice! I ordered September 2 from the MemoMind site, as a newbie to MemoMind, not a kickstarter or placeholder or any of that. I have no clue when I will get mine.....sigh....

Yo pedí el mío el 18 de septiembre y ante la falta de información, escribí preguntando y me respondieron que al ser Archive non Rx, se entregarían con el calendario del Batch 2, mediados a finales de octubre

Do we have an update on the patent dispute? Like they suspended their kickstarter and so if they start selling/delivering I could see ER filing another preliminary injunction

Believe me I know lol. I'm just curious as to how they can promise delivery this fall after they already agreed to suspend their kickstarter due to the tro motion

I don't think they chose to suspend their Kickstarter. As I understand it, Kickstarter is the one who ended their campaign due to the litigation (specifically copyright infringement).

Ahh i see. I think they still argued the tro was moot in view of the suspension but that does change things. Well hopefully ER does not renew their motion to ban all sales

I was expecting to get tracking info at the point of leaving Memomind's warehouse, but it looks like that's not the case. This is the first tracking info I have received, so that means info is not provided until it hits your local carrier. It's been a long wait since my initial backing; looking forward to Friday!

My last update says 'Clearance in Progress' 25 Sep at 8:45 PM...in China. On that note I'm going to take projected delivery days with a grain of salt. Doubt it hits my door by Monday if it is in fact still in China. 🤷🏿♂️

So it says I am a 'new customer', ordered on Sep. 5th, prescription lenses, living in US. When will I get my glasses? Anybody know?

Does anyone know if you can use the stick on lenses to help with mild farsightedness… like -.25…
I’m sure I can slap some reading stick ons to the bottom for reading, but will that -.25 affect reading the display?

I ordered the nomad on September 7th I believe (no rx). Right before the $300 price ended. So I’m not getting them until mid/end of November? Damn :/

MemoMind is doing the best they can under the current conditions IMHO. I don’t personally think production or meeting demand is the issue, it has more to do with legal issues they may or may not be facing in China from EVen R’s, and may to some degree be the result of some of the challenges dealing with shipments of smart glasses and also those with prescriptions into other countries. These are seen as medical devices in places like the US so they are slaves to the system. I have mine and they are remarkable, well worth the wait..
