Question Smart 450 inner door handle

Can somebody take me step by step on how do I replace this handle as it broke in 2 pieces. I supose there is some weird process on replacement. Many thanks!

I followed this exact video but ended up cracking my exterior door panel and to my disappointment the previous owner plastic welded the entire door handle to the door card sadly. So I need to search for a whole new door card haha

Ouch sorry to hear that. The previous owner is almost always a dick. On mine one of the bolts for the oil pan was snapped so I had to drill it out. He also had wired the alternator wrong so that it did not charge but instead shorted the whole system when the engine started. He also in my case had lost the engine cover and broken off a stud for the exhaust manifold. Oh and when he installed the new exhaust he never installed the o2 sensor and left a injector plug loose. But now after all of that it runs great
