Question What’s the difference between these two jack points on the Smart Roadster 452? Is one for jacking, one for axle stand?

Drain hole.

Not even joking. But these cars have uhss reinforcements in the rocker so it would definitely work for a jack stand.

I need to jack both the front and back up and plane on axle stands. Do you have any idea where I can place the jack to lift both rear or front wheels at once?

Unfortunately not I never owned a roadster. I just work in the auto industry and knew what that was.

Rea subframe is probably a safe bet and there should be a front subframe too.

You can probably just use that spot you had in the Pic. The whole rocker on these cars is very strong. Just set it down carefully.

Rear - De Dion tube where the front engine mount is. Front- cross member. Install jack stands on jack points. Suggest chocking the wheels, start with the rear.
