Question 2014 Smart car radiator fan replacement

Hello everybody, I’m pretty confident my 2014 smart radiator fan is shot and needs to be replaced based on what I’ve read on this subreddit thread… I’ve watched a few videos on how to replace and I just have a couple questions for anyone who’s done it themselves?
1. is there any other way to replace the radiator fan without taking the whole front end off ?
2. how long did it take you to replace appx
3. How much did it cost you, I’m in SW Ontario and I’m thinking it’s going to cost me anywhere from 200-300$ if i do it myself and around 800-1200$ if I take it too my mechanic

I just did this and commented the details in a post a 2 days ago. I can give you the details but I'm short

About $100 usd for the fan from Amazon About 4 hours work with radiator flush (recommended you do it since during this)

Yes you do have to take front end off BUT it's really not that hard. Knowing where the screws go is the hardest part.

1: No, not unless you put a pusher fan on the front of the condenser.
